Newtel is a fully licensed Public Telecommunication Operator in both Jersey and Guernsey and the largest independent Internet service provider and telecoms company in the Channel Islands. Dues to recent mergers they were looking for a new website. By integrating a fully featured content management with all three sites we were able to give Newtel the power to ‘write-once' and deliver to multiple sites. Information on new services, network problems or company announcements can be easily posted as and when required. In addition features such as a competition system keep customers interested in returning to the site and secure online signup for services helps minimise Newtel's manual administration.
