E-Brochures

Despite the huge impact of the Web many companies still use printed brochures and literature as their primary means of advertising their services to the public. This is irrespective of the fact that they are often extremely expensive to design, print and deliver. They do however have benefits of being in an easy to use format that encapsulates all necessary information and branding in one easy to use document.

We can help clients create customised electronic brochures that take the best of both worlds and allow their own customers to e-mail these to other parties or easily print out brochure copies as and when they want. Adobe PDF (Acrobat) is one of the most popular formats we use for this but many people are unaware of the enhanced capabilities built into the format. Acrobat contains the ability run programs from programs to add user feedback or animation and also embed links to other resources such as websites.

We have also created automated systems that allow PDF files to be stitched together and customised on-the-fly. For example a holiday company website could offer users the choice to select which pages they want included in their own custom holiday brochure which they can then download and print.

Another popular format are Flash Brochures. These are often embedded with websites and can provide multi-media features like actual “page turning”, animation or sound effects.

For any of these options we can easily create these systems either from the output files supplied by your printers or advertising agency or alternatively create a system for you to easily generate these yourself for no recurring cost.
